Our program promotes building strength, stability, and self-reliance through homeownership. Our mission is to serve individuals who have lived or worked in Kent County for at least 12 consecutive months and are part of the 60% median income level or below as established by the most current HUD median income guidelines for Kent County. In order to be considered for our program, all interested applicants must complete the full Habitat Partner Application. Our application gauges the following criteria: Ability to Pay a CDHFH Mortgage Loan, Need for Shelter, & Willingness to Partner.
Currently, we are not accepting new applications. Applications will be available online and at our office during normal business hours beginning May 15, 2017.
