Taylor Viscount | Agent, State Farm Insurance

Hello everyone, I’m Taylor. I have a wonderful supporting wife, Lacey, who is a Microbiologist and a crazy little 4-year-old named Sterling. One of my biggest passions since I was a kid was helping people and finding ways to make everything better. I grew up watching my dad do so many of these things and wanted to be just like him. For many years, I tried different career paths but never felt like I was doing what I should be doing. About 10 years ago, I finally decided to ask my dad for guidance and began my journey in in-home insurance sales. I still had that itch to help people and just didn’t feel like I was in my current role. Traveling from home to home just didn’t satisfy my want to help. I wanted to make a much larger impact, so I got my other licenses I needed to open an office in Dover, De. With having everything I needed, I quickly realized how much more help I was able to provide. I was able to create relationships with many organizations that were like minded with wanting to help. This allowed me to make a much bigger impact for families and the community my office is in. During my first year as an agent, I quickly found out how much we truly help people not only in my office but as well as the community. They rely on us to help them make some of the biggest decisions in their life. This has opened my eyes to show me how much we can truly help if we decide that’s what we want to do. It warms my heart when a customer thanks me for just “doing my job.”

Veronica Duerr | Realtor, Crown Homes

Veronica Duerr, a dedicated realtor with Crown Homes, proud wife and mother of two daughters (and fur Mama to two pups and cats), who puts an emphasis on nurturing relationships and not taking moments for granted.

With a strong background in family businesses focused on home renovations and upgrades, and an expansive network of entrepreneurs, I offer a unique perspective and expertise in the housing market. My passion for homes and commitment to quality work are evident in how I assist clients with their real estate needs.

Prior to embarking on my real estate career, I enjoyed the rewarding experience of homeschooling my children, a role that has shaped my values and approach to helping others find their perfect home. My work is organized and diligence comes naturally.

My days aren’t complete without coffee, music, and a strong workout. I adore used book stores, local coffee shops, boating, gardening, dancing in my kitchen, and collecting old records. Drool-worthy food: BBQ or authentic Italian. My go-to drink orders are usually either bourbon-based or an espresso martini.

I look forward to leveraging my skills and the relationships I’ve built to raise awareness and support for our local Habitat for Humanity. Together, let’s join forces to empower our community!
