For eight years, the Chair-ity Ball opened doors for families across Central Delaware while raising critical funds to support our mission. This year, we proudly step into a new chapter as we introduce “The Open Door Gala”—the next evolution of our signature annual fundraising event. While the name is changing, our purpose remains the same: bringing our community together to build homes, create opportunity, and strengthen families through affordable homeownership.
