life. Every single one of us deserves the opportunity for a better future, and
decent shelter is something we all need to thrive.
Central Delaware Habitat for Humanity serves Kent County residents, who are in the 30-60% median area income as established yearly by HUD with a minimum gross annual household income of $22,750.00. Eligible households must demonstrate the ability to repay a Habitat mortgage at time of application and settlement, have a need for shelter, and demonstrate a willingness to partner with Central Delaware Habitat.
The best way to find out if you are eligible for our program is to begin the application process during our open application periods. Applications are available in our office and via request email or fax.
We will be accepting applications for our housing program from July 26th, 2017 – August 23rd, 2017
