What is Housing Stability Services Counseling?
A program designed to provide community outreach and case management services to ERA-eligible households identified as being at risk of losing their housing. The Housing Outreach & Stability Services (HOSS) Program can help people at risk of losing their housing connect to useful community services.

Through our helpful Case Management team and close connection with community services, we are here to support you with your housing goals!
Our HOSS program will be launched on Aug 30, 2023. Please complete the Intake/ Interest form below in order to receive additional information and/or participate in the program.
The HOSS program is not affiliated with DEHAP or funding requests.
